Norwegian Cruise Lines: Fuel supplement of $11 per guest, per day based on double occupancy is not included. The fuel supplement for third and fourth passengers is $5.00 per person per day. Prices vary by ship and date and are capacity controlled and subject to availability. Holland America Line: A fuel supplement of $9 (USD) per passenger per day will apply, not to exceed $126 (USD) per person per voyage for the first and second guests. The fuel supplement on third, fourth and fifth passengers is $4 (USD) per person per day, not to exceed $56 (USD) per person per voyage for the third, fourth and fifth guests in a stateroom.
