This cruise and photo seminar will allow you to explore southeast Alaska while participating in photo sessions and practical activities. By the end of the cruise you will have sharpened your photography skills and taken photos that you will be proud to share with family and friends. This photo seminar is for novice and intermediate photographers who want to learn the secrets of their digital cameras and discover their own vision for capturing beautiful Alaskan scenery. Our sessions are conducted in the conference center on the ship and take place while we are at sea so you won’t miss any ports of call. We have years of experience organizing and leading photo seminars and workshops. Your two seminar leaders, Grant and Jan Dougall, are professional teachers as well as freelance and stock photographers. Chef Matt Sigel gained notoriety as a chef contestant on season four of the highly rated show "Hell's Kitchen." Hailing from Pinehill, NJ, the 35 year old Sigel is a charismatic and passionate chef who can claim the best wild mushroom risotto ever served in Hell's Kitchen history. The show, while based in L.A. is named after the newly gentrified Hell's Kitchen neighborhood of New York City where trendy new restaurants adorn 9th Avenue not far from Broadway.
